Lighting Table

Exquisite table lamp by Patrick Nordström
Extraordinary table lamp with a flowing “oxblood” glaze by Patrick Nordström (1870-1929) for Royal Copenhagen, crafted in stoneware and elegantly modeled after a Chinese plum vase form, magnificently finished in deep red flambé glaze with just the right touches of purple and painterly flowing swagging, mounted on a patinated cast bronze base with filigree details and ball feet, with corresponding cap top by Georg Thylstrup (1884-1930); Royal Copenhagen, Denmark, 1921; painted RC triple wave, Nordström mark and date; Thylstrup mark on bronze
