Kneehole desk in oak by Frits Henningsen
Rare kneehole desk design in the Louis XV taste by Frits Henningsen (1889-1965), featuring elegant details such as a gracefully rounded kneehole, turret articulated corners, and finely carved sculptural modeling along the apron and cabriole legs, offering copious storage with cabinets on each side of the kneehole and on the guest side, and with drawers above the kneehole and behind the right cabinet door, superlatively crafted in the Henningsen workshop, Denmark, mid-20th century.
